As the attacker wraps his arms aggressively around the other boy's neck, the victim struggled with his legs to escape and pry the bully's arms from around his neck. While the boy is placed in a headlock, the cameraman jokingly says 'worldstar' - referencing the website known for releasing fight compilation videos. Eventually, the bullied boy's body went limp and he fell face first into the dirt - where his bully drops him as the person videoing bursts out laughing.

NEW A group of Texas ranchers have claimed their animals are being killed by a toxic fertilizer that spread from a nearby farm. The farmers from Johnson County are suing Synagro, a fertilizer company that uses treated human waste in its products, for the contamination on their land. According to Synagro, the fertilizer meets government standards - but the farmers say that their cattle, fish and horses are dying and getting sick because of the toxic product. Rancher Tony Coleman is one of the farmers behind the lawsuit, which claims that runoff from the fertilizer has made the farmland useless.

Southern Charm alum Kathryn Dennis has been arrested for driving under the influence after getting involved in a three car collision, according to a new report. TMZ reports the Bravo vet, 32, was booked by officers in Goose Creek, South Carolina following the car accident on Monday night. A woman fired eight gunshots at staff in a Texas McDonalds after she became Mcfurious when her order was 'missing hashbrowns and biscuits.' The hangry 32-year-old woman, Samantha Anthony, fired multiple gunshots from her car into the drive-thru window with at least shots fired into the window where employees were working, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.  Anthony was arrested and is currently held in police custody with a bond of $75,000. She was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

Former Massachusetts police officer Justin Chappell pleaded guilty last month to assaulting a man during an arrest, one year after bodycam footage surfaced showing him punching the suspect in the head over a dozen times. The 43-year-old, formerly of Weymouth Police Department, accused the man of spitting on him and assaulting him as he resisted arrest in July 2022. The former cop resigned before he was set to appear at a termination hearing. In April of this year, the 43-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of deprivation of rights under color of law in federal court. He faces up to 10 years in prison.

A historic hotel has been completely renovated in Harbor Springs, Michigan. The Otis Harbor Springs was crafted by a team of designers including one who worked on Camp David, Kenneth Blasingame. With the help of three others, Blasingame created a mid-century hotel for guests and locals alike. Reservations for the lush hotel are set to open up on May 31 with options to book a studio room and even a large family suite.

Newly released security footage from the Maison Wrist Aficionado shop inside the Setai Hotel on Miami Beach showed two thieves break in on March 22 and pile the bags into garbage bins. When the store was completely ransacked in just a few minutes, they fled outside - one in the van and another in a an orange Hyundai Santa Fe, police said. Police took just hours to track down the car and its owner Eduardo Travieso Garcia (inset), who allegedly confessed to the whole crime.
